Chris Simpson has 30 years experience in Human Resources and Administration at both Citigroup and Goldman Sachs.  She worked extensively with senior leaders on executive recruiting, retention, talent management and succession planning.
 
She possesses extensive experience in managing global and domestic HR teams with a proven track record of excellent judgment in assessing, hiring, developing and retaining top talent.
 
Throughout Chris’s career, she was responsible for all aspects of human resources, however, recruiting was always her passion.  While at Citigroup and Goldman Sachs, she was responsible for hiring literally thousands of candidates at all levels across a wide spectrum of areas.
 
Given this extensive experience, Chris has many long-term relationships throughout the Financial Services community.
