Our mission is to conduct each search thoughtfully and thoroughly by identifying top talent candidates with the right fit.  We focus on providing a high standard of service and guarantee the utmost in honesty, integrity and professionalism that can be provided.  We are selective with our client mix to ensure that we maintain a level of service that our clients expect.

Each search is conducted by Chris Simpson.  We seek to forge a working partnership with our clients in order to gain a more thorough understanding of the firm, culture, the position and the specific needs.  We then search for candidates by utilizing  an extensive network of referral sources complemented with a data base of previously identified talent. Diversity is also a key focus when developing the slate of top talent. 

Chris works in partnership with the client throughout the entire process including assisting in all negotiation aspects of the offer.
